EZ Media – How It Works

 

Important Notice: Subscriptions Do Not Auto-Renew

 

- It is the customer’s responsibility to make payments before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted app access. Expiration date is on the main screen of the app.

 

- You can make a payment before your account expires without losing any subscription time. Early payments will simply extend your service period.

 

- EZ Media will never charge your payment method. It is solely the customer's responsibility to manually make payments. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR; make sure you are making the correct purchase.  

 

To Renew: Use the Link Below

 

- Make your payment using the same link you used to sign up. Your account will be updated accordingly:

- If you intend to create a new account, please specify on the order form. If not then your payment will go towards your already existing account

 

After Renewal:

- Continue using the same username and password provided at the time of your initial registration.

 

- You may need to restart your device for updates to take place

 

Important Payment Guidelines:

- Pay once and wait for your account to update. Do not make multiple payments unnecessarily.

- If you have multiple accounts, please manage them carefully and specify which accounts you’re renewing on the order form
