Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Customers must manually renew before the expiration date to avoid service interruption.
Early Renewal:
Payments made before expiration will extend the service period without losing any subscription time.
Payment Process:
You will receive an invoice in your email. Login to your client area at ezmedia.org
Select Pay Invoice to renew your existing account
If you pay for an entirely new subscription, then you will receive a new set of credentials
You may need to restart your device for updates to take effect.
Account Management:
Consistent Communication: Use the same email address for all communications and renewals.
If managing multiple accounts, be sure to select payment for the right account or specify on the order form
